Scene from Indecent play

Thursday, March 21:

It’s the opening weekend of Indecent, a play about a play, at Blue Barn Theatre. The drama by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel, recounts the controversy surrounding the play God of Vengeance by Sholem Asch. Set in a brothel run by a Jewish man who is attempting to raise his daughter piously, and featuring a lesbian love story, it’s a tale that is still controversial over 100 years later. Indecent charts the history of the play, and the path of the artists involved. Get your tickets here now.
