Preparing grand dinner productions for hundreds of hungry guests may seem overwhelming. But it depends on whom you ask.

“Cooking can be easy,” says Executive Chef Jeff Snow, co-founder of Catering Creations. The graduate of the Culinary Institute of America has been working in the kitchen since the counters were taller than he was.

Jeff’s wife, co-founder Jennifer Snow, says clients tell her they are thrilled with innovative menus, but also the unique and sleek presentations, plus detailed event planning from start to finish. One client wrote:

“I heard so many people say this was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding … Catering Creations went above and beyond what other caterers do in planning and service.”

Nice to hear. For seven years in a row, Catering Creations was voted “Best Caterer—First Place” in Best of Omaha. The catering company has won so many awards that they direct you to the company’s website to read them all.
